Sis645

Hi guyz

just wondering if any of you guyz have or tried the SIS645 chipset mother board (DDR & P4)

also the VIAkt266 for P4 noorth wood

are these chips sets any better then intel & do the Overclock better?

Untill now the SiS645 chipset mobo's seem to be the best combo.
Stable o\c + ddr333 for the P-4
