question on motherboard and rdram plz help

this is more of a question on rdram than the motehrboard.. as you all know rdram must be inserted in pairs. i was wondering if i was to insert one stick of ram and another crimm stick will this work? (Ex. normally one would insert 256mb ram +256 mb ram for 512mb ram... i was wondering if i could insert 245mb ram + c-rimm module for 256mb ram?) do motherboards allow this? Have you guys tried it? plz input

It wont work. In fact, it could damage the mobo.
