Is SiSandra Software accurate?

I have PC 133 ram. SiSandra's mainboard scan says it is PC 100. Did I get cheated when I bought the ram, or is SiSandra inaccurate?

Sandra can be wrong and often is. There are utils available that read the SPD EEPROM on the module though, if those say PC100 then you have been sold PC100.

check in the bios the ram timing, its possible this is only due to a wrong settings.

ctspd is what you need!

It reads information directly off the RAM's SPD module. Tells you exactly what the manufacturer intended it to be run at!

The bios ram speed is set to auto.

not that one. look for a setting with the option SPD, it uses to be in the chip configuration section in the bios. if you find it, set it to SPD.
