Is SiSandra Software accurate?

I have PC 133 ram. SiSandra's mainboard scan says it is PC 100. Did I get cheated when I bought the ram, or is SiSandra inaccurate?
 
check in the bios the ram timing, its possible this is only due to a wrong settings.

not that one. look for a setting with the option SPD, it uses to be in the chip configuration section in the bios. if you find it, set it to SPD.
