What's the best value board?

I'm looking for an integrated board with audio, video and LAN. What's a good, and cheap one out there? I'm thinkking maybe Shuttle. I'm interested in your suggestions. Thanks.

AMD DDR boards

Shuttle AK31 is a pretty good value. No integrated LAN, but a NIC is only 10 buxx.

59 bucks right now at newegg, so 69 with NIC. Not bad. How is it for O/C? Are there any reviews that you know of offhand?
