Giant 2 on P4P800

Does anyone have this setup? I was looking at some pics and it seems as though it would be at least a tough fit. The NB heatsink is pretty close to the AGP and the back side of the Giant 2's heatsink seems pretty thick.

I PM'd TheGr8s1 and he has a P4C800 who's NB heatsink is farther away. It fits on that at least... Just wondering if anyone can confirm if this'll fit on a P4P800 Deluxe.
