Hi, I have this video card and thought about buying Zalman ZM80C-HP to cool it down. Would I see any changes in my temps. worth this "Heat Pipe"? My other question is about an easy and safe way of removeing heatsink from this card (i don't have photos...) :/ THANKS for any help !

ps: my idel temp. is ~42 and full load ~69 (not overclocked), i plan to OC when i get my new PSU.

I don't think that cooler is adequate for something like a 5900. You can remove the dumb Leadtek fan housing and zip tie an 80mm fan to the heatsink in a fairly neat manner. I would recommend removing the heatsink and re-doing the thermal compound, essentally all the 5900s I've seen don't have enough on the ram chips.
