How do you feel about CPUidle and similar programs. Are these not healthy for cpu operation? Are they widely used in teh OC community. I really have no idea, but I've been using them for years.
Those who are NOT into distributed computing (folding, seti) and who have problems with high temps are usually the ones who make use of such programs (especially on laptops). But when your rig is running a distributed program at 80-100% 24/7, why would you want to install another program that will probably never run?
And as alot of the members here either fold or crunch, I would say that you will not find too many that make regular use of CPUIdle and similar software.
