Chaintech AA5700UA with 128 DDR3 question

Chaintech AA5700UA w 128 DDR3 question PLZ give feedback

Guys I really know nothing about the older G FX cards, I need to buy a second card and am wondering if the 5700 Ultra version 2 with 128 DDR3 is a solid card equal to a 9700 Pro in performance

Also I notice its clock speed is like 450/900 and I expect it will overclock further, would it be a better choice than say a 9700 Pro. Is a retail boxed used one at 110 US shipped a good deal?

How could it be equal to a 9700 PRO, and the 9700PRO has a 256-bit memory interface and 8 pipes...Which the 5700U don't.
