overclock celeron 566 on intel mobo, how?

Intel removes FSB adjustments (most of the time) so you can't overclock on an intel board.

I suggest getting a new board, ask if your interested for suggestions.
 
Most 566's will go to 850 at 100Mhz FSB. This is probably the only option on your board if any. If you try this make sure you have a good heatsink with thermal grease, and you know where your reset cmos jumper is if it fails.

You may also need to wire your chip to get proper voltage. My 566 will do 850 but only wired with voltage at 1.85v
