No, enabling the 64bit extensions has nothing to do with the multi being unlock. They are 2 seperate issues. As Sseter said, nothing special 'bout those procs except tthe can run the 64bit version of Win

That is where you are mistaken. There are ESs of every chip. The 5x1 are a legimate series that Intel has recentally released.
