Generic host process for win32 services Error

After startup I get this error picture


Causes me not to have sound and I get this msg when i click the speaker icon in the bottom right corner


Ive tried the windows hot fix ive tried Virus Scans. Used Ad-Aware 1.06, Norton Antivirus, Registry Mechanic 5.0, Spybot Search & Destroy And Microsoft Antispyware.

Ive learned that it is a error that sometimes pops up when u shutdown the computer.

So anyone got any soultions to this problem

What's the error signature information when you click click here at the bottom of the Generic Host Process for Win32 Services message box?

System Properties | 'Advanced' tab | Performance-->'Settings' button | 'Data Execution Prevention' tab | Click to select the radio option next to 'Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select' | Click the 'Add' button | Browse to 'svchost.exe' and select it | Click the 'Open' button | Click OK on the warning screen that pops up | Click OK to close the 'Performance Options' screen | Click OK on the 'System Control Panel Applet' screen that pops up | Click OK to close the 'System Properties' screen | Restart your PC.

problem partialy solved when i disconect from the internet completely no error so what i decided to do is after i boot up my computer completly, plug the cord in and boom no error sound works perfectly and all so people with this error the problem lies with ur network
