A Good 3dmark06 score?
Can someone please tell me whats a reasonable 3dmark score or what range a gaming computer should be at?

Mine is 15k on the rig in my system. Mine plays Crysis on High at about 30fps.
I think at least above 12k a gaming rig is pretty good. You get those numbers when you have a dual core or quad above 3.0ghz and a 8800GT or above or a ATI 4850 or 4870 or better.Intel E8400 @ 4005 (445x9 @ 1.37v) - Gigabyte EP45-UD3P - 2x1gb Crucial Ballistix PC8500 - 2x36gb Raptor in RAID 0 - 640gb WD Black - EVGA 8800GT (730/1700/2060) - Antec 900 - Seasonic M12 700W
AMD 3600+ Brisbane - Abit NF-M2 Nview
P4 2.8C @ 3094 - ECS PT880 NEO MB - ATI 9800 Pro
AMD 1700+ @ 2272 - Epox 8RGA+
AMD T-Bird 1400 @ 1650

IMO, a good 3dmark06 score is whatever you want it to be. Today, it is easier than ever to get into the high teens (17k+, etc).
Just for reference, I get about 7200 with my three year old rig. Yet, it still plays all the games I want it to reasonably well. I really want to get into Crysis and other DX10 games, though, so that is why I am upgrading.Personal: Intel E3110 - Biostar TPower I45 - 2x2Gb Mushkin Redline - eVGA GTX260 Core 216 - WD VelociRaptor 74Gb RAID 0 - Seasonic S12II Bronze 520w - Antec Twelve Hundred
