Restarting

Just wondering what would cause my computer to take almost 2 minutes to start up. And second maybe related problem when i click reset it takes nearly another 2 minutes to shut down. and then it just hangs and doesnt start back up.

The only things isntalled on my puter are the 2 vantage programs, Battlefield 2BC, Adobe Suite, and MS office 2010, and pc wizard. Ive attatched my computer setup. and a screen of the processes running.

How long does it take to boot into the GUI directly after a clean install, w/ no additional software or drivers installed? Disable or disconnect the two non-OS HDDs, disable the secondary LAN controller in the BIOS, disconnect the DVD ODD, and remove all but one stick of RAM installed to the 1st DIMM slot.
