Color Editing

Does anyone know how to change these colors. I have changed everything in the Personalization and I dont think it can be done normally. I was hoping someone knew if there was a certain file I could edit to change them.

If I change the select color just the line changes color in the box and the inside still selects as blue. For the start menu I cant change it at all.

Ive looked on google for a long time and havnt discovered anything yet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you use CSMenu or Classic Shell to install the Classic Start menu?

I used Classic Shell. I dont really like the way CSMenu looks and Classic Shell has more options.

The color problem is still the same though with the basic start menu. It seems MS has this thing with blue and doesnt want it to change.
