The motherboard takes a negligible amount of power so it's not something I'd even bother worrying about.
 
If you're looking for a value, a Max IV Gene-Z uses about 13W for the motherboard itself. Highest spec I've ever read was around 20W. It was a high end board but can't remember what it was.

Then it might be slightly less than a standard ATX board. Again, it will be such a small figure that it's not even worth counting. In either case it will probably only account for around 5% of the total load on the PSU.
