Best Cooling for Under £30?

I want to cool my system down ( im going to buy it soon ) so its ready for some OC..

should i get a decent cpu heatsink & some ok-led fans? or is a better cpu heatsink a better deal?

i might run a XFX 6790 with FX-4100

K. Coking budget over, so whats so good bout this. With mx2 any good? Also should I removd all stock paste & replace with MX-2

+1 to the Hyper 212.

And yes, you should completely remove the old thermal paste whenever you are putting on a new heatsink. Though if you are buying your system soon, the processor shouldn't have any thermal paste on it? Either way, make sure the processor is clean before you apply the MX-2.

i thought the stock coolers with AMD had pre-applied thermal paste. hehe

wont get the hyper thing for like a few weeks anyway
