looking for i5 3570k cooler - 4.4/4.5ghz

Hello everyone!
I need to get new cooler for my cpu and I can't decide which one to use. I got mid tower case and I am not sure if noctua nh-d14 or phanteks ph-tc14pe can fit in my case so I thought h60 will be a good choice. My question is will H60 will be enough to overclock the cpu to 4.4/4.5ghz? If not then which cooler should I get and what are the temperatures?

What case and ram do you use? As well as your motherboard. In fact list your entire system lol. Forget the h60 though. You'll get 4.2 fine but past that im not sure.
