I got through two of the three tutorials on Friday, plays similar to league, but I like the bases in this game better.
Hopeful that the patch doesn't cause issues for me.

I found that the patch, though supposed to fix issues with certain heroes abilities causing lag.. it didn't fix it lol.. its playable though. I find I get the most lag if I am playing and alt-tab out of it for something and then back in to the game.. and that lag NEVER disappears without a restart.

we should probably start its own thread lol..
