Unknown, untested stuff. I wouldn't trust my expensive parts on that. Avoid.

Considering that right now you can get an ek brand amd block for 30$ from a known reseller, I can't see any market for that unknown block.

Edit: and I would never buy a pump on eBay period. Even good pumps like the d5 and ddc laing series are too easy to damage from running dry. And I wouldn't put a knock off pump in my computer any more than a knock off psu.
