I'm shuffling around some parts and will be selling one of these boards (both of which, now that I think about it, came from EarthDog 
). I'm fairly certain I'd get more for the Asus and I've been happy with both of them, so I'm leaning towards selling the Hero, but I figured I'd ask if there was anything I was forgetting.
I won't be overclocking on either to any extreme degree. It'll be housing a delidded 4770k and may go to 4.4-4.5. I am pretty sure both boards will do that.
