Great bit of work.

Would be nice to see what the test system's unrestricted airflow readings are in comparison to fan specs. And actual heat removal tests. As in use the radiator with a fixed heat source and record the temperature each fan achieves. I say this because it is very hard to build a system that accurately reads CFM.

Adding static pressure is not hard to do. A simple inclined manometer and pitot tube is all that is needed .. and adjustable discharge valve to control how much air comes out of test chamber.

Also curious about how much resistance the straws used to straighten airflow create. My guess is the are creating a significant amount.
