stand off fan controller for a project

hi

im making a watercooling project and i need something to control the fans .
maybe pc stand off fan controller and ill use a lipo 11.1v or 14.8v a battery as a powersupply.

if u got other ideas plz help

Or just tie the power into the 12v molex?
