Bluetooth keeps failing

My daughter has a laptop and the bluetooth keeps failing.
We have removed/deleted the drivers removed the device
and after reinstall it works for about a day. Windows 8.1.

The laptop is probably out of warranty...Recommendations???

Anybody have a recommendation for a blue tooth dongle??

Probably a lot easier if the brand, model of laptop were known. Are you saying that after connecting to 'what' the connection remains solid for a day and then fails? Or what?

Yes...it is a Lenovo IdeaPad Z585, and she is connecting a buletooth headset and/or bluetooth speaker.
