R9 270 for 125 CAD -- great deal or stay away?

I was looking on the local ebayish site and found a small town computer supply store blowing out R9270 Asus and gigabyte cards for 125 bucks, my gut tells me to buy 2 lol. What say the masses?

For brand new that's not a bad price. 270's are solid for that price.
