memory prices forecast to drop

I don't think so as Samsung is lowering production by 30% in next weeks/months and they have the biggest shares in DRAM market right now. Most DDR4 kits are based on Samsung IC. Prices went down in last months because Samsung lowered price by a high % ( don't remember exactly how much ) and other manufacturers had to adjust their prices. DDR3/4 modules are about 30-50% cheaper than ~8 months ago.
