The cheapest one can get, value RAM 1333 x 4 GB DDR3.
I already raised the voltage and freq to 1600, works OK.
I am pretty sure it would go higher but the problem lies in my MOBO that only allows pair multiplier 10 12 14,...so the next step would be 1866 !
Is this to high for this RAM what do you think? Can I fry my RAM with 1,6 V and 1866 ?

Most retail DDR3 kits above 1600Mhz run at 1.6 or 1.65V, so you should be good. Just run stability tests which stress the ram and backup files on your PC. Last time I was messing with memory OC'ing, I borked my OS (apparently, easier to do with ram overclocking than cpu).
 
ok i ll try 1866 MHz / 1,6 V and then we ll see what is 1333 capable of....
