Systemax's North American Technology Group, parent company of TD, SOLD a large chuck of it's business, including TD, to PCM, Inc.. The deal closed (aka finalized) on 1 Dec. Also PCM, Inc. hired 450 of the employees.
So, TD continues to live on.

Ahh , I get what you meant now. TD seems to be gone as a separate entity , but they have been absorbed and so live on that way. My misunderstanding.
