dumprep o -k in startup menu ..anyone?????

I noticed "dumprep o -k" is in my start up menu and It's never been in there before.. I believe dumprep.exe is a microsoft error reporting tool but what is this and why is it all the sudden showing up in my start menu?? I'm wondering this because I've been getting lots of stop: errors (BSOD) and system freezes....after a fresh format!!

if you installed IE6 it adds this to report the errors.

I run win xp and it comes default with IE 6 ..I'm almost positive this was ever in my start up menu before....
