Save my ICQ Contacts...

I'm about to reformat, and I was wondering if I can just copy and paste my icq folder onto my newly formatted drive, so that I save my Contacts.

If I can't do this, how else can I?

Actually all you really need to backup is the database folders, and you really only need to do this if you want to keep your message history or your contact list is not maintained on the icq server.
