The Node 304 only supports Mini-ITX form factor. Anything larger wouldn't fit.

Besides, there are plenty of powerful Mini-ITX boards out. Size isn't everything

Motherboards come in many sizes. ITX, mATX, ATX, and so on.

They all do the same things, just likely has less ports/slots.
