You can never be sure how much you will be able to overclock, no one on this board can tell you with any certainty how high you will get it, I could estimate that you may get 50mhz out of it, but you may not even get 1mhz extra out of it, on the other hand you may get over 100mhz extra out of it, the best way is to try slowly.
you can't adjust the multiplyer so you have to concentrate on the fsb.
go up one fsb step at a time, boot into windows and run some programs and games to be sure it is stable, then try another step and repeat until the system becomes unstable, at which point voltage can usually fix this but on the p2b you can only do this by covering certain pins on the slot 1 conector, I will tell you which if you decide to do this.
