On the back of my 8k7a beside one of the holes around the cpu socket there is a place labeled LA6, anyone know if there is supposed to be something here? I think I may have knocked it off trying to put on standoffs for my waterblock.

If there is something there do you know what it is (inductor, resistor, capacitor) and what it's value is?

Thanks,

-Sidney

didn't you get the info at AoA? ;) thought you knew what happened when the waterblock knocked it off?

also I will look and check it with my voltmeter if fedex ever gets the new board to me.

Thanks, sorry for no replies was out for a week at siggraph. Yup AoA says it's a 10nHm inductor, but never hurts to have a 2nd opinion. Hopefully when I get the 10nHm inductor in it'll work again :) Thanks again :)
