MY moniter makes a high pitched sound after being on for 4+ hours

ya.. my moniter makes this high pitched beep sound(doesnt stop)

i figured out it was the moniter, cuz when i turned it off it stopped and when i turned it back on it started again.

any suggestions?

well you should always tell what kind it is for starters, and is it old?
