I'm working with one of my Socket 7 Pentiums ATM for having some real retro fun with it soon. Set it up with the Premio 219-H MB and some EDO RAM, got XP slimmed down and loaded up for it.
Now I'll have to find my PCI to USB card for transferring screenies, can't find it for now but it's in here somewhere.
All else is ready 2 go.

OK - I'll have to get something else setup to take a crack at a better score or in some other category. Haven't decided on what yet but I'll have something to show before long.

What's with all this windows 7 bologna?! I thought it was XP or may as well not even run the bench?
 
Lol I was setting up to run the newer, higher boint benches. Hwb prime, cinebenches etc.
W7-64 :)
 
Since you guys are talking XP and Win7, my Maximus Vi Hero doesn't have drivers for XP is there anyway I can get XP to run on it?
 
You only would need chipset drivers, which I would imagine z87 xp drivers would be on Intel's site
 
You need some hypers for that thuban caddi, 32M loves killer ram,and its a big increase in score if you have some, also you can run it on one core if you need to save some heat :thup:

tells how good my 6300 aint at these speeds.
what gets me is how good it gets between 5.0 and 5.3.

Keny, If I had some fast, tight ram I'd throw it in, but I picked up corsair dominator gt and I can't do much with it.
