when starting up
2x I have gotten a stall then after hang it resumes into windows
also since 750 ti install

when starting up I get a black screen before win loads for several seconds and after shorter duration prior to windows screen starts then it goes into windows:bang head:bang head:bang head:bang head:argue:

just got more efficient gpu 750ti psu 520w seasonic bronze

had a less efficient amd gpu 6790 now I have more watts to spare
asus sabertooth all was fine til either new gpu or system restore for bad wacom driver
usually all fans etc come on at asus rog icon now 2x it hung before boot
cmos battery?
in between win boot screen 2 second black screen and again before blue win boot up screen:confused::eek::screwy:
 
my machine never just came on when asus icon came up fans etc came on
now icon is stalling boot and I get a black screen 2 sec before windows and a 2nd black screen 1 sec befpre entering windows

So you power on, get a black screen BEFORE the windows logo appears, then you get ANOTHER black screen befor the windows log on screen?

Sounds like a regular boot sequence to me.
I thought you were having issues booting into/past the BIOS.

before I had my evga 750ti installed it wasnt happening
just researched removing amd
[tech left in amd catalyst]
ati drivers it said that chipset drivers also involved
2x its hung at asus logo for like 15 seconds
getting a pre win black screen that was not there before:mad::confused::screwy:
 
You should have removed the AMD driver before installing the new card.
 
Just select the video drivers in catalyst to be removed, then leave the chipset drivers installed,
