Do you have a non-standard port or is it down? I've tried 208.167.244.177 and 208.167.244.177:27015 and each gives unable to connect message.

I'm at work so I can't check with TF2 but I'll put in a ticket with gameservers and see what's up.
edit: It's on the standard 27015 port. Can someone try it and make sure it's working? I just changed out the maps and restarted, hopefully it worked. I'll be there at 9pm tonight

I also tried to telnet to it and it failed.
Try in a command prompt: telnet 208.167.244.177 27015
When the port is open, you'll get a blank screen or a delay, not a connect failed message.
