The title says it all, any thoughts? i dont plan on addin any extra coolng, but my case airflow is decent, will i be able to OC very much? Is it better than stock?

It's much better than stock but you will need a fan blowing on it. Zalman makes a bracket that is held down with three screws that hold the pci cards in their slots and you can bolt a fan onto it and position it directly over the agp card works good for me.

That's how I got mine set up

I have the exact same setup.
My powercolor 9700pro did not want to go over 340 core.
With the zalman and the zalman 92mm silent fan blowing over it, I'm at 370 and still no artifacts...
