That corsair has a dicount and free shipping right now, it's a fine PSU.

The CX will be fine... its a Tier2 type PSU, versus the Seasonic that would be a Tier1, but... it will be fine.

+1 - The Seasonic would be a better supply, but the CX line has always been my go-to budget PSU for cheap builds.
