radeon 9600 xt problems

While playing world of warcraft it just like freezes and then the comp restarts.

I have all the latest drivers for everything but have no idea why this card is doing this.

Any help would be appreciated.

Well I can't edit my post for some reason...But anyways

Running athlon xp 3200
windows xp
1 ghz corsair pc3200 mem
some off brand mobo
via km400 chipset

I don't think anything else would affect the vid cards performance. Maybe if I OC'ed it it would work? How would I go about oc'ing it anyways?
