Do I need a boot disk???

Just set the the bios to boot from your windows Cd and you should be good to go,what windows version are you using?

Depends on the version: Windows 9x needs a boot disk, but everything from NT 4.0 up will install from cd.
I'm guessing that you'll be using xp or Windows 2000 so you should be good to go.
