Water cooling setup

I wanted to use this water chiller Here but instead of a submerged pump use an inline and for the cold water pipe to the waterblock use silicon fish tank pipe and for the warm water return use copper pipe with fins soldered to it. Would this water cooling setup cool my athlon xp 1600 overclocked to around the 30-35c under load.
 
no, i don't think it would cool it that low. he is barley getting
that on a 600E at 800 which is close to 1/2 1/3 the wattage
of an XP that high.
 
i think u would need at least 2 80 watters to do the job i'm trying this soon so i'll let u know wat the results r
