problems with new gf3

My old gf ddr broke down last week and i bought a gf 3. And with this new gf3 i have less performance than with my old gf ddr. I can see this in 3dMark2001. Does someone know what the problem could be?

Could be a few things.
What motherboard are you using?

Most problems are caused by via 4 in 1 driver version & video card driver used.

Thats easy!

Your prolly still using the old driver. Get anything past 12.40 and your flying!

(Also remember that GF3 are mainly only super at >= 1024x768x32 so dont be expecting a great deal of fps increase at 640x480x16)

Actually, according to those numerous benches I've seen, GF3 performs lousier than GF2Ultra in lowres 16bit.
