Logitech 2.13 keyboard software

I have a Logitech Cordless iTouch keyboard and everything worked on the 1.83 software. When I installed the 2.13 software, all the extra keys ie. volume, multimedia controls stopped working but the normal keys all work. I have tried uninstalling the software a few times, no luck at all.

Reinstall the old software- if it aint broke- dont fix it---- or reinstall windows and the new software----

First things first Welcome to the forums. Have you tried a system restore or roll back of the drivers? those might work also.
