TUSI-M does it support 1.3G celeron?

I think this board needs a bios update to support a multiplier of 13 but i am not sure since it does not post. It does make a system beep when i pull the Sdram but none when i pull the cpu. These are brand new boxed parts.
If a bios update is needed i can't seem to find one that will give a multiplier of 13 and how would i do it anyways with no display or diskette drive access?

I think your only choice is to try and borrow a lower
speed P3 or celly, and boot with that in to flash the bios.

Then you should be able to pop in the 1.3
