8KMM+ Micro-ATX board

I've been looking at building a system and I'd really like it to be micro-atx based. I am also hoping to do some overclocking, of course! I'm wonder if anyone's got info on the 8KMM+ in terms of it's overclocking ability. My second choice is the 8K5A2 -- I know they are difference chipsets, but most other things being equal, I'd rather go with the smaller form-factor.

i have this EXACT same prob/question.. been searching for weeks for a nice M-atx socket a ddr board with agp and some overclocking features... seems like no one here knows much about em unfortunatly... if i find out if it can OC i'll let you know
