What is the best way to make a AMD 1700+ and a case with 2 fans silent. What are the quietest fans for the case, and what would be the QUIETest heatsink.

hmmmmm quiet fans u can get are many different types
- Panaflow FBA0812L1A
- Vantec Stealth fans (all types are pretty quiet)
- Papst 8412NGL
these 3 are all 80MM fans, u could also get the thermal sensing fans as well but these have different setups, u can undervolt these fans as well with either the 7V trick or by using something like the Zalman Fan Mate which lets u twidde the fan V 5~12V If u want a quiet heatsink setup the Zalman CNPS 6000 Cu would be a good option, all the hardware sites I've seen review it rate is as super quiet :) if u want more info good site is www.silentpcreivew.com u'll see me living in those forums :)
