I think it means the AGP is at 266(4x66).

AGP runs at about 67 mhz if I am not mistaken. Maybe in there strange math they are multiplying 67 x 4 (4 being 4x AGP slot).

They may be doing something like that but if that where true then would we not see a big difference between a 2x and a 4x setting in 3DMARK2001SE benchmark cos 66x2=132MHz and 4x66=264MHz so the 4x would be much faster...right

AGP does work at 66MHz. But the 2x and 4x specifications add more bandwidth. So theoretically you can say 266MHz but in reality it's still 66MHz. The same thing is with DDR, 133MHz real bus speed and 266MHz theoretical.
