i am using athlon 2000xp(locked) with msi kt4v mobo.the memory is twinmos pc-2700 ddram.i only can set the fsb to 136.more than that will have error when running prime95 within 10 minutes.what is the problem actually?as i know this mobo is a kt400 chipset and the ddram i use is also good

maybe the limit is your ram. try setting the ram @266. this way you will be oc' ing only your cpu.
what u mean by ram @266?how to change it
 
i also have that problem when i set my comp to 166X10. but after running prime95 at 133X11 overnight, i can now run prime95 at 166X10. i guess burning in your computer do really work! btw my system is 1700+ AGOIA, MSI KT4V, 256MB DDR333 kingmax, leadtek gf4mx420, 300w stock PSU
