Alright, I'm building my new rig . I've decided on an asus a7n8x mobo and I don't wanna spend more than $200 on RAM. I understand that corsair memory is awesome, and I was wondering what everyone thought of using 512 megs of CMX512-3200C.

The best you can do is probably Corsair XMS 3500 , you should be able to do it for 200 bucks

i would go with a corsair 256 chip for half the price.
see how the performance is then go with a second 256 chip and run the n-force board in dual channel ram mode.
