Hey people. I need some input on what I should buy. First off, here are my full system specs.

Athlon XP 2000+
Gigabyte GA-7VA (KT400)
2 x 256MB Nanya PC2100 DDR
GeForce4 MX440 64MB
SoundBlaster Live! 5.1
3com 10Mbps PCI NIC
Maxtor 5400rpm 30GB ATA133
LG 52x cdrom
24x10x40 CDRW
Floppy
2 case fans
AMD retail HSF

Ok, my question is do you guys think a good 300w PSU would be adequate for this system? I think my current 250w PSU is dying, mainly because my system shut off right in the middle of loading something yesterday. Temps were fine, but my 5v line was down at 4.51v during the load. The thing that really scared me is the fact that my comp wouldn't turn back on right away. I had to leave it for about 2 hours before it would even post. The LED on the mobo would light up, but the system wouldn't actually come on. I tested the 250w PSU in a friend machine and it seemed to work fine for him, but his sys is weak.

But anyways, do you think 300w would be ok, or should I get a 350w? Is there a big difference between 250 and 300? What about 300 and 350? The 350w is $20 more than the 300w. Need input ASAP because I'm buying today!
